- • 1 Glass of Cedar Long Grain Rice
- • 2 tablespoons of Vermicelli.
- • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or butter according to taste.
- • 1 ¾ glass of water.
- • ½ teaspoon of salt or according to taste.
- o Wash the rice well and leave it aside
- o Brown the vermicelli with the vegetable oil.
- o Add the rice
- o Add the salt and water.
- o Simmer on a low heat, stirring occasionally until desired cooking
