Lebanese zaatar rolls

  • 2 Tbsp of wild thyme or Lebanese zaatar mix
  • 1 Tbsp of olive oil
  • Your choice of bread; Pita, Markouk or Tortilla


  1. Sprinkle the mixture of thyme on the bread.
  2. Drizzle some olive oil over the thyme.
  3. Add any vegetables of your choice (we suggest cucumbers and tomatoes).
  4. Roll the sandwich and cut it into small pieces.
