Couscous Salad

  • One and a half cup of Couscous Cedar
  • Two diced Lebanese cucumbers
  • One big diced tomato
  • ¼ cup of chopped parsley or fresh herbs according to taste
  • ¼ cup of Grenoble grain
  • Salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil


  1. Cook the couscous in boiled and salted water for 8 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. Mix salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
  3. Add all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix and serve.
  4. Enjoy your meal!
