Tuna and cheese toasts

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 4 slices of country-style bread


  1. Preheat the oven at 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the four first ingredients.
  3. Spread the tuna mix on the slices of bread.
  4. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  5. Note: Cumin can be replaced by chili seasoning for a Mexican taste.
