Minced Meat Chili

  • A medium onion, finely chopped
  • 300g minced meat
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 spoons of vegetable oil
  • A large carrot, diced
  • A branch of Celery, diced
  • A diced colored pepper
  • A can of red bean
  • A can of diced tomato
  • A hot pepper, diced
  • Salt, pepper, cumin
  • Shallots and shredded cheese to decorate the plate (optional)


  1. Fry the onion and garlic with the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced meat, salt, pepper and cook for 5 min, mix well.
  3. Add the cut vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Wash the beans well and add them to the mixture.
  5. Add the can of diced tomato.
  6. Add the cumin and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
  7. Decorate with chopped shallots and shredded cheese.
  8. Serve with tostitos chips and sour cream.
