Butternut squash soup

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups of Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 big carrot
  • 1 big potato
  • 1 medium butternut squash
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Wash the vegetables and cut them in cubes
  2. Brown the onion with the butter
  3. Add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Cover with broth and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes
  5. Put everything in a robot and mix until you get a smooth soup
  6. Put back on the stove and add the remaining broth.
  7. Salt and pepper and serve.
