Ingredients

  • 375g spahgetti
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 swiss chard or spinach bunch
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp black pitted olives, chopped
  • 2 cups strained tomatoes
  • 1 can of tuna
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. In a skillet, soften the onions in olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for an additional two minutes.
  2. Add the swiss chard or spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Add olives and tomatoes and cook for five minutes.
  4. Add the tuna and the pasta and mix.
