Cashier and Cashier Assistant
As the last point of contact with customers, it is the responsibility of cashiers and assistant cashiers to ensure that the customer experience has been positive, that they have found everything they were looking for and that they leave the business with smile. The cashier takes care of the payment. The assistant cashier puts the products in bags and takes the bags to customer's car if needed.
In each department, we have assigned clerks. Their tasks differ slightly depending on the section where they work. Generally, the clerk makes sure that the shelves and counters are well stocked. They rotate products, check prices, and answer customers' questions about our products.
The delivery man drives a light vehicle to deliver our products from the store to the customers' homes, within a reasonable time. The employee is responsible for loading and unloading orders. He or she offers excellent customer service.
