- One and a half cup of Couscous Cedar
- Two diced Lebanese cucumbers
- One big diced tomato
- ¼ cup of chopped parsley or fresh herbs according to taste
- ¼ cup of Grenoble grain
- Salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil
- Cook the couscous in boiled and salted water for 8 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- Mix salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Add all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix and serve.
