Ingredients

  • 450 g minced veal or ground beef
  • 200g Crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cups minced baby spinach
  • 16 pitted whole kalamata olives
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small chopped red onion
  • 1 cup caesar salad croutons

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 C.
  2. In the container of the food processor, place the croutons. Mix until breadcrumbs texture is obtained.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the chopped veal wit feta, eggs, onion, baby spinach, olives and croutons crumbs.
  4. Oil the twelve cells of a muffin pan and distribute the preparation. equalize the surface with a spoon.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the meat looses its pink color.
