Bocconcini salad

4 portions


  • 400g of mini bocconcini
  • 400g of cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves
  • Pitted and sliced green olives, to taste
  • 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tsp of La belle excuse extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar with the salt, pepper and olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, add the ingredients and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
  3. Mix everything delicately and enjoy.
