Tasks: 

The clerks make sure that the counters and shelves are well stocked. They rotate merchandise, check prices, and answer questions from our customers about our products.

• Keep shelves and containers of olives, nuts and spices well filled;
• Advise and answer customer questions about Adonis products; Slice cheeses and cold cuts using appropriate equipment and the correct cutting method;
• Help control the level of inventories to minimize excess or insufficient stocks;
• Ensure the quality and freshness of food by keeping products at the right temperature;
• Rotate products and remove expired and damaged foods from shelves.
