The kitchen clerk works in collaboration with the members of his team, under the direction of the department manager. He complies with hygiene and food safety standards, as well as health and safety regulations. He assists the chef in the preparation of ingredients by performing preliminary tasks in order to speed up the production of meals.

  • Gather the ingredients for the different recipes;
  • Weigh and prepare food;
  • Wash, peel and cut fruits and vegetables;
  • Fry the products (Kebbe, rolls, etc.);
  • Assist in the preparation of fillings for stuffed products;
  • Package, weigh, and label finished products.
