The clerks make sure that the shelves and counters are well stocked. They rotate merchandise, check prices, and answer questions from our customers about our products.

  • Prepare the ice tables;
  • Cut, package, weigh and label seafood;
  • Prepare sauces and marinate fish and various products sold;
  • In season, cook certain foods (eg: lobster);
  • Stock displays and ensure aesthetics;
  • Monitor product quality and expiration dates, and ensure stock rotation.
