Tasks:
The clerks make sure that the shelves and counters are well stocked. They rotate merchandise, check prices, and answer questions from our customers about our products.
- Prepare the ice tables;
- Cut, package, weigh and label seafood;
- Prepare sauces and marinate fish and various products sold;
- In season, cook certain foods (eg: lobster);
- Stock displays and ensure aesthetics;
- Monitor product quality and expiration dates, and ensure stock rotation.
