Office clerk

Under the direction of the store manager and assistant managers, the office clerk performs various administrative tasks related to human resources, orders and in-store invoicing. He must be well organized and perform his tasks with meticulousness and precision in order to comply with the guidelines and procedures in force in the company, as well as to keep in order all important documents.
Specific responsibilities:
- Perform price changes in the system;
- Count money from cash deposits and make bank deposits (system and cash);
- Prepare price tags (regular, instore, EDLP and circular);
- Perform tasks related to the HR department: Opening employee files, vacation requests and disabilities, etc.;
- Prepare and send files for new items;
- Print and provide the various managers with internal control documents (training sheets, internal register, etc.);
- Send orders (Phoenicia and butchery) into the system and ensure their follow-up;
- Separate invoices by department and check the presence of the store stamp and the signatures of the managers before sending to the head office;
- Organize and classify the various documents;
- Prepare reports at the request of management;
- Respond to employee calls and requests;
- Other related tasks
Eligibility criteria:
- Degree in administration/scretarial
- Knowledge on microsoft skills
- Bilingual in french and english
