- Help put in place strategies to increase sales and profitability of the department;
- Ensure the supply and marketing of the department's products;
- Assist the manager in the management of personnel during his absence;
- Coach and motivate team members to improve department productivity;
- Ensure compliance with procedures, policies and standards of hygiene and commercial cleanliness and monitor them;
- Ensure the quality and freshness of food by rotating products;
- Be vigilant in order to minimize losses and waste of products;
- Ensure the quality of customer service in his department.
- In collaboration with the manager, follow up on the department's inventory, price lists and merchandising;
- Assist in the receipt of deliveries and the safe storage of products;
- Other related tasks.
